It's the Norm
September 05, 2007
Went and listened to Clint Holmes, Bill
Fayne and Domenick Allen (former lead singer for
"Foreigner") at the Excalibur last week.
All I can say about this three man show was
it needs to happen again, and again, and again!
It was that damn good. Allen showed his
talent in many ways and styles. Clint was really there with
his salute to the three Kings of Las Vegas: Elvis (yes
he actually did an Elvis song), Sammy Davis, Jr. and of
course Francis Albert Sinatra.
A special treat for the audience and Mr.
Holmes was that, sitting in the audience this particular
evening, was Vince Falcone who was The Man's
conductor for 10 years. Clint and Fayne told me that they are
within inches of having the show "J.A.M." heading for
London in early 2008. I'll miss them when it happens,
but I'll be very happy for them at the same time.
They've worked long and hard on this
project and it deserves to be seen by the world.
